That's a great question! I struggled with this recently. I ended up using the Mailchimp extension for Magento. It offers segmentation based on purchase history and abandoned carts, which really helped automate personalized emails. The setup wasn't super intuitive though – when I got stuck, I found myself absentmindedly playing the Dinosaur Game in Chrome to unwind before tackling it again. It was surprisingly relaxing!
