Hello everyone! I came across the Trust Swiftly service when I was looking for a solution to confirm the identity of clients in a fintech project. I was especially interested in biometric verification - it seems to be the most secure option right now, but my experience is only superficial. Is there anyone here who has already integrated this service into a real product? What were the advantages, and most importantly - what pitfalls should I pay attention to?

It was interesting to read your experience. I have only recently started researching the topic of digital identification, and I see biometric verification becoming the standard even for small companies. Trust Swiftly really looks like a versatile tool, although I have not had to work with it directly myself.
Yes, we implemented Trust Swiftly for an e-commerce platform that sells digital goods and subscriptions. Previously, we encountered the fact that users massively created fake accounts, and there was a lot of fraud — from banal “fraud” with cards to the use of stolen credentials. And it was biometric verification that became the key solution for us. I’ll start with the good. Trust Swiftly really offers a fairly wide range of verification methods — not only biometrics, but also documents, OTP, geolocation, and even behavioral analysis. But it was biometrics that gave us the greatest effect: selfie + comparison with a document confirming the identity worked like a charm. It is very important that the whole procedure takes literally 1–2 minutes — and the user does not need to install additional applications. As for the technical implementation, we had several delays due to the fact that some users with cheap Android smartphones had difficulties with the camera or light. But we simply added tips: how to take a photo correctly, how to turn on autofocus, and that solved most of the problems. Plus, we made a fallback option — if biometrics fail, Trust Swiftly allows you to switch to manual document verification via the back office.
